1890 Dampfschiff-Gesellschaft Oberägeri has the first steamboat,  «Morgarten I»,
constructed for use on Lake Ägeri, with the nickname  «Holzschuh»
1896 Sinking of the  «Holzschuh» due to a storm
1897 Raising of the  «Holzschuh», installation of petrol engine
1919 Sale of  «Holzschuh» to a company in Lucerne, 
1923 Scrapping
1923 Launch of  «Morgarten II»
1927  Liquidation of the cruise company
1928 Transfer of MS Morgarten II to Thun. From 1949, it sailed on Lake Brienz
under its new name,  «MS Harder»
1929 – 1972 Private management of the cruise company by boat building company Josef Nussbaumer, Oberägeri
1953 Construction of today's motor vessel  «Ägeri» by Patriz Nussbaumer (son of Josef Nussbaumer) 
1972 Takeover of cruises by Oberägeri municipality
1994 Launch of the parade steamer  «Victory»
2002 Foundation of Ägerisee Schifffahrt AG
since 2003 Operational management by Zugerland Verkehrsbetriebe AG (ZVB)
2003 "Launch of the modern 2-deck motor vessel  «Ägerisee» (replaces  «Victory»)
